Posh Realty is a boutique real estate company by choice; keeping it small so each client gets the individual attention they deserve.
I started Posh Realty because I was personally tired of the big box real estate companies’ “conveyor line” experiences, both as a Realtor and also as a buyer/investor. I like to think outside of the box when it comes to real estate in Denver – through creative & unique marketing, discovering what makes my clients tick, so I help them discover new neighborhoods that perhaps aren’t even on their radar.
It’s never about simply buying or selling a home, it’s about building lasting client relationships and earning your repeat business. Think of me as a matchmaker. My goal is to make the perfect match between my clients, all other transaction parties, a neighborhood and the home itself.
Why “Posh”?
Posh Realty isn’t about a posh price point. To me, “posh” is about the luxury experience I want every client to have when working with me, regardless of the price point. Over the past several years my clients have and continue to include multi-million dollar development companies, non-profit organizations, real estate investors building or liquidating portfolios, and both urban and suburban families in various stages of their lives.
